About the artist

Hello! I'm Alex Calles, a college-educated drawing and painting artist. I started drawing and painting in the '80 decade. I'm currently based in central Texas. I love working in a realistic style with isolated objects. My most recurrent themes are hands with fruits and veggies. Sometimes I do portraits. I'm available to produce larger artwork orders, such as original art pieces for hotel and offices. My primary technique is mechanical pencils, pastels pencils and colored pencils.
